Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All of our items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. Custom and personalized orders may take a little longer depending on the design and order volume.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and your location.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for customers in our area. If you would like to pick up your order, please select the Local Pickup option during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
